Be sure to provide us with your USER ID (but DO NOT EMAIL US YOUR PASSWORD), the kind of computer and web browser you use (for example, "Windows 2000, AOL" or "Mac OSX, Safari") and a description of the problem you are having. Your email will be immediately entered into our bug tracking system and addressed by one of our staff members.
