We use your personal information to create and maintain accounts and may use this information to customize the advertising and content seen on our pages. We will also use your personal information to track your specific demands, enhance your online experience by understanding you better as well as notify you about important changes on our Web site, new services and special offers in which you may be interested. You will be given the opportunity to notify us of your desire not to receive offers or service information from us by clicking on a response box when you receive an offer or information or by sending us an e-mail request at info@mindsisland.com.

Web Site Use Information

In some cases, we may be able to collect certain non-personally identifiable information about your use of our Web site without specifically requesting any information from you. For example, we might collect information concerning the type of Internet browser you are using, the type of computer operating system you are using, the domain name of your Internet service provider, the date and time of visits to our site, the Web sites visited just before and immediately after your visit to our site and/or the Web site or advertisement from which you linked to our Web site. This information is corrected on an aggregate basis. None of this information is associated with or identifies you as an individual. When you visit our Web site or advertisements appearing on our site, or use one or more of our services, we may use an industry-wide technology called "cookies" which stores certain information on our computer and which will allow us to customize your experience to better match your interests and preferences or simply facilitate your signing in to use our Web site. Most browsers will allow you to erase cookies from your computer hard drive, block acceptance of cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. Please refer to your browser instructions or help screen to learn more about these functions.

In general, we may use non-personally identifiable information to improve and enhance our product offerings. However, from time to time, we may share this information with other entities in aggregate, non-personal form to show general demographic and preference information and statistics among users of our Web site. We may share aggregate information about our users with advertisers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties. We use this data to design and arrange our site and customize our content and advertising to produce and deliver a better experience for our users.

Sharing Personal Information

In addition to the uses described in Information Collection and Use (above), we may disclose any information about you to law enforcement, other government officials or agencies, or potential or actual parties suing us as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate.

Outside companies advertise on our Web site, and we may share information about our users and customers, individually and in the aggregate, such as names and e-mail addresses, with such affiliates. Although we have standards for choosing product and service providers that afford privacy protections to their clients, we do not make any representations about the practices and policies of these providers.

From time to time we may enter into strategic marketing alliances or partnerships with third parties that may be given access to your personal information, including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. The purpose of this information sharing is to provide you with information and products that may be of interest to you. In the event that we do share information in this manner, we retain all ownership and propriety rights in the information. Security in Transmission of Information

We work to protect your personal information by using industry standard security measures, such as firewalls. When you send confidential and personal credit card information to us through our Web site, a secure server software licensed to us encrypts all information you input prior to the information being sent to us. The information is scrambled when it is sent and decoded once it reaches our Web site. However, other e-mails that you may send us may not be secure unless you are advised by us prior to the transmission that security measures will be in place. For this reason, we request that you do not send information that you want to keep confidential, such as social security numbers, credit card numbers or account numbers, through an unsecured e-mail to us.

Internal Protection of Information

We use encryption and security software to safeguard the personal and confidential information that we collect from you. These mechanisms are used to protect against unauthorized access and disclosure, and the accidental loss, alteration or destruction of such information. Users’ personal information is only accessible by a limited number of employees who have special access rights to the secured systems.

Use of IP Addresses

An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the internet. Web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address. We collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to report aggregate information to our advertisers, and to audit the use of our site. When guests request pages from our site, our servers log the guests‘ IP addresses. We do not normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that a user‘s session will be logged, but the user remains anonymous to us. We can and will use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our rules or Terms of Service and Use or to protect our service, site, customers, or others.

Cookies

A "cookie" is a piece of data stored on your hard drive containing information about you, including records of your visits to some Web sites. The cookie enables us to enhance and better customize your user experience. For example, by setting a cookie on our site, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies used at our site expire once you log out, do nothing for a period of 20 minutes, or when you close the browser. We don‘t use them to track anything other than your member activities at the website.

Hyperlinks

Our site may contain links to or advertisements concerning other Web sites. Other sites may also reference, advertise, or link to our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other sites and expressly disclaim all liability associated with your use of and the content on such other sites.

Consent to Processing

By providing any personal information to our site, all users, including without limitation, users in the member states of the European Union, fully understand and unambiguously consent to the collection and processing of such information in the United States of America.
